When adding a Excel sheet to Flint, it produces a fakepath error message

In flint it is possible to add an Excel sheet as a datasource.
When you press 'Test connection', Flint might give this error message.
Note that the DB Name path has been changed to C:\fakepath.
This is a browser security protection to prevent websites access to local files (HTML5.
To use this Flint functionality this protection needs to be worked around.
There are 3 possible workarounds for Internet Explorer:

There are 3 possible workarounds for Internet Explorer:
- In IE8, Change Security Settings:
- Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Option>Security>Custom
- Find and Enable the "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server"
- In IE8, Add the site to your Trusted Sites:
- Tools>Internet Options>Security>Trusted Sites>Sites
- Create a folder named "Fakepath" in C: & copy your xlsx file in that folder.
- Go to tools->options->security->Exceptions->add the site http://localhost as trusted site
- Click the Chrome Menu icon on the far right of the Address bar.
- Click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
- Click on Change proxy settings (under Network)
- Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
- Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add.
- Click Close > OK.
